basically the title.

i have an account in Aderan wars.

can it be used in red apocalypse, or do you need a new account, if so are you allowed to make one?

Any regular Aderan account can be used to play Red Apocalyps.
In fact, any Aderan account is automatically used in RA, so don't be surprised if your account has been attacked already.
