My inbox was wiped clean?

I like to keep records of conversations. I just noticed my entire inbox was wiped clean, as well as my outbox. How come they got deleted?

Depends, do you mean the forum or the in-game version?
In-game PM box automatically deletes messages that are over a month old, I think.

They only stay for so long. Each has a time limit

How old was your most recent log?
Those get wiped when they're older than a month, too.
FYI, Just trying to drag out some additional information, which gives admin something to work with, thus streamlining the fixing process.

i do covert and raid weekly. I doubt it reached time limit to get wiped out. All my logs were completely empty

Well your logs and mine go back to the 2 of october so I presume that is the cut off point where logs are kept.

Logs stay 14 days, and inbox messages disappear after 30 days, unless they are saved.
