War exp not recording rank 1 time.

Currently displays as:

Was Rank 1 for 0 Turns
Longest time without losing Rank 1 0 Turns
Current time without losing Rank 1 0 Turns

It was working last round but for some reason not this round.

At the start of the round no such things are being recorded, including glory points or awards. However the recording of these things should have been activated after 24-48 hours after round started.

I reminded admin to activate it.
Also, if in the future you see that no glory points are being given out after 24 hours of round start, then please report it immediately. Sometimes it can happen that it will not be activated for more days, because we do it manually, but it's always better to activate it earlier than later (of course 24 hours must have passed since round start)

Also I noticed that glory hadn't been counted yet but I couldn't remember how long there was at the start before it started (24-48hrs, 1week, 2 weeks, etc) so I didn't mention it.
