Weapon building and training bug
I have 847,349,177 Kuwal on hand. I am trying to build 2500 mobile artillery and 2500 main battle tank. The Kuwal should be not enough for artillery, so it says "No Kuwal Left". However, the Kuwal is enough for me to build the battle tanks so it also says "Order placed". Then I can see "No Kuwal LeftOrder placed".
Here, the problem is that when the Kuwal is not enough to build all the weapons you want, the system "chooses" one weapon to build and don't start building other weapons you also want to build.
This bug also applies to training page. When I am trying to train two types of units together while I don't have enough Kuwal, the system chooses one unit to train and ignores another order.
I think that if the Kuwal is really not enough to complete all the tasks, the system should not ignore some of the tasks and just complete some other tasks.

I have had ths issue and can confirm it exists.
Sadly I think it is either this or it can't complete any of the tasks. You can't expect it to try to do 1/2 and 1/2 or anything like that. I think code wise it has to reject all, or accept in lumps sums what the amount of kewal available can support. It chooses by a pre determined system.
Would love to see Admin's response to this tho as I do not know for sure.

From a coding stand point i see it doing it from top down. It tries top item, cant do it, thenmoves on.
So its either we keep current system or go to all or nothing.

it's as sea said, it basically processes the order one by one, then prints out the resulting messages
it would need a bit of reworking to have it check them all then proceed or deny, so "no" for now
