Def units killed vs def units killed /military exp

The war record page (http://www.aderanwars.com/warexp.php) displays the number of defense soldiers killed among other things. I noticed if I assault say 20k units, the defense soldiers killed on the war record page goes up by half (rounded up) of the actual units killed.

Is this intentional? If so why doesn't it actually record the number of units killed and just divide the points by half if the points are where they are supposed to be? It makes more sense to display the actual units killed imho.

Prolly has something to do with wounded units,,,,,,, just my guess.

when you strike assaults def, only 50% of the killed showed are killed, the other 50% are wounded. So the exp page only goes up by the truly killed units.

ah right. hadn't considered wounded. never realized the wounded amount was so high.

war exp shows killed stuff, assault/destruction wounds units so only half goes towards kills

unlike in ra, there everything counts towards war exp
