Order of Charisma

What: I currently have a a few people sitting at stage 2 bonuses, but am only showing the Iron for the Order of Charisma.
Where: /invites.php or /achievements.php

How does the Order of Charisma update?

Anything?

1,3,5,10 for iron,bronze,silver,gold

it looks for different people

Additional Information:
1) Award Value: Iron = 1; Bronze = 2; Silver = 3; Gold = 4;

Is what it has below the image. Thats what I thought was the requirement.

I figured that it looked for different people. Unless that was directed at me.
