Important: in the first 2 hours, no income and up is generated, so that players have some time to register and start with the same resources.
In the first 24 hours, no medals are given. In order to prevent people getting medals like hero of aderan simply because they logged in first.


Round 3 comes with following changes:

New aspect: glory points
Each turn, with the exception of first 24 hours of a round, top 10 players will get glory points.
The player who has the most glory points at the end of the round wins (and the 6 players with the most glory points will be displayed in the hall of fame.)!
This means it isn't enough to simply have a high rank at the end of the game, you need to keep a good rank for most of the game.

To get glory points it is the global rank that counts:

Alliances will also get glory points.
Glory points don't count towards alliance rank, and an alliance gets as many glory points in a turn, as its best player.
That's why alliances in order to win should go to wars against other alliances who have players with a better rank than their own alliance.
Alliance A could have a player rank 1 and Alliance B could have a player in rank 2. In order for Alliance B to win, B should mobilise its other players to mass rank 1 player, so that its rank 2 guy can become rank 1. Of course Alliance A might use a similar strategy too. This system will not only encourage more wars, but also bring more excitment midgame.

Changes to buildings
Buildings that costed 100 million cost only 10 million now.
Construction Yard 3 unlocks: Hospital, University, Foreign Ministry, Starport, Research Center 1
Construction Yard 4 unlocks: Re Education Camp, Trade Center, Embassy, Trade Hangar, Research Center 2
Construction Yard 5 unlocks: Bank, Research Center 3

Changes in Personal Bonus points:

Assassin 1.75 % 1.5%
Income 0.4 % 0.6%
Unit Production 0.4 % no change

defense bonus has been increased to increase number of Miraya players
The covert and assassin bonuses have been decreased to give a similar bonus compared to attack and defense, however covert is set slightly higher to increase number of Kyora players
Income has been raised to 0.6% to draw some of the current Tarik player to Irium.

Changes in unique race specific resources:
Daning Neutron Bombs
+10% attack => no change
Miraya Missile Shields
+10% defense => +12%
Kyora Spy Drones
+13% covert => +12%
Orda Paratrooper Tanks
+12% assassin => +10%
Irium Energy Collectors
+3% income => +4.5%
Tarik Artificial Organs
+3% unit production => no change
Hualu Military Computers
+2.5% attack +2.5% defense +2.5% covert +2.5% assassin => +2.5% attack +3% defense +3% covert +2.5% assassin
Salin Construction Droids
+1.5% income +1.5% unit production => +2.25% income +1.5% unit production
