Vesper's Loyalty Medal

My account was created on April 21st of 09 at 18:02 game time.

I then fell most inactive until late July - early august shortly before the first WR vs TIE war started. I then for the most part logged in at least once a day. I would sometimes miss a day or two obviously. I was banned for about 40 days in the mean time. So I have logged in at least for 1 year. Most likely more. Yet I have bronze loyalty medal still. Admin please take care of this and award me the appropriate medal.

I would logged in a few days when I first created the account, I stuck with the game for a week to shut ian up, so 7 days of playing. I then came back in early august so we can estimate i played 30 days in august give or take a couple days. I then logged in nearly everyday since except for the time I was banned. So those first few days 7 + 30 will cancel off my banning for the most part and put me at about a year of playing. I thought that 1 year of game play earned you the gold loyalty medal? I have bronze right now so something is messed up.

i got here that you have only 129 active days.

i can only imagine the following scenario, you got banned, something got screwed up and your active counter went to 0
it's fixed now so you should get your medal whenever it updates the next time

where you ever on vacation mode/longer periods of inactivity?

i was once on vac for 2 days, probably few times when i didnt log in for 1-2 days

i'm currently away on a trip but will be back soon

my guess is that some people's got reset half a year ago when they went on vac mode
I'll point out though, you dont get the gold loyalty medal if the war exp page says you joined a year ago.
You also have to have logged in at least once every day or two to get to 365 "active days"
