alliance rankings
This is some complete BS.
35% = size
15% = member war experience
40% = Total power
10% = alliance war experience
Why is total power ranked higher then size ? .
an alliance can easily train 90% spies and boom they would have rank 1 total power.
total power means nothing unless it is distributed in a Combat effective way .
If an alliance goes Total power chasing and boosts all their spy & assassins trained. they can get their total power higher and faster then someone training strike and defense.
If an alliance builds rediculously high defenses and weak . covert they too can be sabbed down with ease.
if your gonna make TP 40% of alliance rankings then do it Properly .
TP 40%
Strike 10% ( alliance with highest overall strike action )
Defense 10% ( alliance with highest overall defense action )
Covert 10% ( alliance with highest overall Covert action )
Assassin 10% ( alliance with highest overall assassins action )
Their needs to be balance for the TP in alliance rankings .

Re: alliance rankings
When did this happen? I thought it was 40, 30, 20, 10?
As for Total power out ranking size, well I personally agree with the concept TBH.
Total power is what you can do right now and immediately, with size and economy you may be more powerful overall, but you still have to train it to use it.
Thats my thinking anyway.

TP being 40% it should be balanced if it is to stay that way.
Even if an alliance has stronger TP , they can still be a weaker rank due to them having holes in other stats .
lets go extreme , the rank 1 alliance has 0 assassins action with the highest total power out of all the alliances .
lets assume they have. Rank 1 strike , rank 1 defense , rank 1 covert, Rank 30 assassins .
because of this they have rank 1 Total power and thus 40% of alliance ranking .
Is that really a fair ranking system ?
TP should never be blindly based on how high of a number it is.
Ranking each stat and giving it each 10% . would make alliance ranking more fair less biased for TP chasers .

Re: alliance rankings
I'm not argueing that point, I happen to agree with what your saying, I just offered my thinking on why TP should outweigh size/economy.

Re: alliance rankings
The only time anyone should care about their rank is when they gain a bonus for it.
My opinion? boiling an alliance down to a ranking is like boiling one chicken from factory-farmed million, the results are largely useless and pointless

Re: alliance rankings
Did it make any difference? The top ranks are pretty much the same aren't they? And alliance ranks below White Cross are pretty useless anyway.
