So im an active member on the reset server and as such i am continuously building up my army size, but because there are sooo many inactive players vs active its killing me on my administration efficiency. im sure im not the only one that feels this way....

its a great feature on main and works well, but with such a small community on reset its becoming a huge issue, i mean out of the 50 players on reset...which is ridiculously small anyways only about half are active and half of that actually playing daily..

im not saying it should be removed...but i do think something needs to change ..because im guessing the 20 active people playing have between 40 and 70 percent a.e... which is dumb

in a few weeks from now when the active people have 500k plus armys and the rest of the in actives have 5 k army sizes the avg will be soo small no one will be above 50%...and lets face it new people wont be joining in later so they wont be needing the extra help

im still talking about people in the top 50 of reset that have logged in. if you mean that, then cool alls good

my a.e. is 48% Sad
there are roughly only 25 active ppl on the reset server... of which most are over 100k... a couple over 300k... but according to the a.e. info the global avg army size is 47k. The problem is that people activate their reset acct, join as an officer and then leave it... those accounts should be classified as inactive.

My suggestion... admin creates several dummy farm accounts (mebbe create some sort of AI/program that periodically increases dummy acct income) that give people something to attack so that the economy isnt so stagnant and make it so any acct not accessed within a certain time frame should be classified as inactive and should not affect the accts of active players (i.e. no affect on global a.e. and no unit bonus to CO)

Well... ya that works but these people are logging in once in a while, i know this because 1 week ago the ae was 90k then it droped to 70k then 50 now 40,

its a flawed system for reset because the active people are over 200k.... the rest are inactive and just loging in every so often for no reason...

aye something is flawed if you look and see most active players with over 100k pop and a.e. says avg army size is below 50k Question just summin to consider

This is a reset server 3 months a round correct?
So the whole point is to start at the beginning of each round and get stronger, so if the A.E penalty is to give newcomers an easier way to catch up..whats the point? new people will not be joining in mid round and hoping to win...heck i don't see new people joining period.

And jinx is right if you take a look at the info pages of those below 100k you can tell they are inactive, they have 10's of thousands of uu and thousands of turns...they never bank their kuwal and never attack...

yet if only those who were actively playing were factored into A.E it would be about 150k 4x what it is now...

It's just frustrating that all of the active players are having their incomes cut in half for no reason.....

if im wrong tell me the reasons, and why the avg army size has cut in half the last week when it should have gone up....


EDIT: Now it has jumped to 86k.....as of july 31 00:30 gametime

even in reset, the ae has its uses.

however I did find a minor issue with it, so that should get it higher now.
