donate.php and the award Order of Support

if the donate.php is not working, and the admin also stated that you can't buy kuwal with real currency, should we not get the medal Order of Support because we have donated in main server?

the better question is do the medals work on reset server?

i have 2 medals already

however i don't remember being notified when i got the hero of aderan
