Market Trades Empty Market Trades

I left having my game on vacation mode around 3 days ago,
I came back yesterday and logged in at around 9pm central time zone,
I havn't yet got 1 Market Trades point yet,
why is this and can you fix it?

I have no clue what 9 pm central time zone equals to gametime
a new day counts as 00:00 gametime
