if you want UU, there's no other way of getting MORE for being someone's officer. If you want kuwal, there is.

i am a steady 150k rate. Can handle some like 60k more UP under me. Others pay more but they go on relaxed sometimes which trashes the rate. Mine is 150k whether im on overtime or relaxed.

i am constant 175k, now that i got my uu fixed.
I hardly ever use the OT or relaxed. But currently i can support something like more 12k on relaxed.

I just rechecked the ingame bulletin board. I can handle 10.1k. Sorry, i did a rough estimate. I am also willing to bet it will be closer to 7k once my AE gets recalced tonight.

I can support 250K Kuwal on steady rate max to 11K Raw,

However 200K Kuwal on STeady Rate up to 14K Raw.
