No weapon damage

Is this something new? I just went farming and got 0 weapon damage and 0 repair cost. All were 0 def farms and I was running with 1 att weapon

Yeah, if you're 500 times stronger (attack) than his defense, you're not going to have to pay repair costs

well a knife in the hands of a normal soilder gets no repairs from a 0 defense.

I still take damage when raiding ppl with 0 defense. Was the update only for attacking?
