I recommend you to EXCHANGE your untrained units and suppoly and attack turns FOR kuwal and

research unit production so that you have a good start in the game and your population grows fast.

welcome to the game! though it might not seem like a whole bunch now, as you grow, you find much more to do... For starting, I agree with Kenzu, increase your UP off the bat and build a bit of a defense. If your feeling adventurous, you could also build a bit of an attack force and try fighting right away, though it could end badly

Train 1 attacker and farm inactives, other then that do what Kenzu said, selling some UU will help get you a jump start on your UP.
