well he only has 314 supply turns and no investment in researches. The rank is low enough he might not have much invested in weapon techs or training either.

1 weapon on 0 def farms does make a good profit.

wah..so i do have <3
.....and Kira's plan for economic reform is medicore at best...he's announced ZERO plans for furthering..or even continuing education funding for our children...and on top of that....he wears two left shoes!....

You shouldn't neglect your assassin power.
It should be as high as spy power.
Assassins protect you from other assassins who can kill any type of unit.
