because the translations are wrong?
people can translate the game into romanian to make it right.
There is the possibility of changing languages, but no one completed translations into one language.

Because I like english. Obviously that's just me. I don't have my windows in romanian, my office is in english, every single program I have that has an option to install in romanian is installed in ... you guessed it, english.

ehm i still fail to see the relevance, just cos the option is there, doesn't mean you're forced to use it.

Putting time in a useless feature, as I see it, is not always an efficient way to spend your time. I'm sure someone will use, at some point, one of the localizations.

Building features, no matter how useful, increases the quality of the game, that is correct. There are a lot of suggestions that fall into the same category, but won't be implemented because they are not useful enough.

you cant translate a game into other language..
look:
how would you reaname AT.. UU..
then when you would come here on forum everything would be different..

example:
topic: whats the biggest UP?!
and how would slovenian player know what UP means.. we would have PE not UP like in english..
