Personal Bonus and Technologies Questions

Okay, i have a questions. Do technology and personal bonuses help make forces stronger combined?

For example, I have 16% Attack Bonus (this is example), so i put 10% to Attack Technology.

For the Outcome of Strike force is total +26% Right?

Total Power = Base value x (Basic Tech Boost + Custom Tech Boost + Unique Player Bonus)

eg

Stat Base Value Basic Techs Custom Tech Bonus Personal Bonus Total Power

Defence 100,000,000 115% 0 40.0% 155,000,000

I don't get it. What is unqiune Player Bonus? Never heard it before. It means personal bonus right?

The way to told me about Bonuses. I already understanded it now thanks to admin for clarfify it about personal bonuses.

So now i will train techs and it will add the outcome of a certain force.
