Administrative Efficiency

I have a problem with this. Currently it shows: Administrative Efficiency 91.55 % and indeed my income is lower with 8.45% which is a lot.
I haven`t figured it yet, why it`s happening and what i`m doing wrong. Until then i`m asking you what can i do to raise it back to 100% or at least to stop it from going down?
Is this one of those random events that happen to individual players, or to entire races?

Another thing that i`ve read on the forum (can`t find that post again - found it!!!) is that the income goes down once that players reach certain armysize (in theory to the big armies) and there was a formula for that, if i remember right something with x=1/(4y) + 0.75 but i`m no way anywhere near to the biggest player... i`m just a noob. lol

It's not about being a big guy, it takes the middle 50% of people who logged in in the last 24 hours.
If you're above the average, you're affected.
Is in my opinion so much more effective than creating rubbish arbitrary limits where people will be forbidden to buy anymore units.

oh and there are 2 ways to get it back to 100%.
Reduce your army size.
Wait for the average army size to go up.

This is a good update, though i was taken by it by surprise (i didn`t thought that it would affect me so early)...

depends on the players

currently average army size goes down because of the huge influx of new players due to our advertising in the internet.

yep, and it is effecting many aspects of the game, but in the long run its a great thing and I hope it continues.l

How do i know my administrative effcieny? I've not found it yet, how do i get it?

base then click at income

Administrative Efficiency 33.83 % if it goes taht low you go nuts :d
