World Republic and Urban Empire military pact

I lil_monsters, leader of Urban Empire,
sign a military pact with World Republic on behalf of Urban Empire.

Sadly i guess he quit and disbanned, so I made it and i'll be running it.

understandable, reason is i just found out WR was my former alliance leaders enemy,
if i known that we never would of been allies,
tackless shadow was my former leader and if he ever returns will be my leader again.

No offense to you, but how could you NOT know? One of the defining reason we are at war is because of the massing Kenzu gave Tackless shadow. Are you know telling me you defended Kenzu all this time and never knew this?

This is one reason I never understood your alliance with him, after his bullying of Tackless. Its the main reason I wanted to War Kenzu myself.
