TDL broke peace treaty with WR

One of our members have been attacked by Renegade, a TDL member
Here are the statistics:

WR has sent 2 letters, one to Renegade and one to Stars to give an explanation. Half a day has passed without any response.
Troops have been mobilised and a counterattack on Renegade has been made in the same night.

An answer came after the attack stating that there is no more treaty. We shall accept that!

There really is no war. We are not massing each other. All we do is prevent other alliances from taking unprotected kuwal.

ok than inthat case why dont we try to pretend this never hapend and re sign the treaty with a few additions to ensure this dosent happen again

I talked to them and they always just repeat they dont want any NAP, so there wont be one for a long time, I guess.

That's really a pity it happened. Ok, I accept with that. We can have peace, however it's important to talk to stars, because he seems to want war.

He said the treaty isn't legitimate anymore.
I wont be attacking you, but before there will be complete peace with TDL, he should announce it.
