these guys are smog's officers...I can see one or two of them have SS, but they never have increased their army sizes...they have small defences...not to get raid, but never Uu's...it's something fishy about them...please check them out if you have the time;)

scandal was difficult there was a good sized flow of resources both ways, so no blatant feeding as such, however it just went a bit too much in one direction.

One day suspension and significant resources taken away from account.

o.o aren't all cash trades legal? I mean it's your game obviously, just seemed weird that it matters how far in one direction. is it over a long period of time?

well, that's entirely possible. I haven't seen your conversations, just saying that it's possible that it could have been.
