I would very much enjoy to ask you a yes or no question now but for the sake of the argument I will not do so. I made this game more for my own sake because of a lack of games which didn't suck badly.
But apparently my refusal out of principle to repeat certain things over and over again in order to appease public opinion isn't a good thing to have when being an admin, my bad everyone. I'll try to work on that in the future.

I'll give you a yes/no answer.
Read the "specific rules" #3. I won't dish out punishment only if someone blatantly breaks the rules. If there's enough room for legitimate suspicion then one might get punished too.

The amount of suspicion that's needed for me to ban smog permanently is now far less than with some random other person.
He's on his second chance so to speak

So:
NO ban if he behaves and leaves me no reason to ban him
YES ban if he does anything similar to this again
