All (or at least most) rules concerning Cash trades

The Principal rule:
Whatever is not handled by the game itself is done on your own risk.

Also take notice of this part in the ingame rules page:
4) Having an account only to continually sell resources to others without playing the game as it is meant to be is not allowed.

Other General rules:
- If you want to donate in someone else's favor then use the ingame broker, it is made to support donation trades for a reason!
- If you trade for real money in such a way that the game cannot ensure a safe transfer of resources then you're on your own and if you get scammed you will with 100% certainty not receive anything back.
- The "scammer" is DEFINITELY NOT 100% certain to be able to keep everything either (but in most cases he WILL be allowed to keep everything, since it's not really possible to prove a scam happened in the first place)
- If a trade goes wrong that is sanctioned ingame, the money does get through but the resources dont then it will be handled by the administration to achieve the expected results for both sides!
- The administration is always right, you may appeal but that's about it. The ability to affect the final result remains out of your reach

no i'm not against it, but the rule still applies. if someone buys their account they are not allowed to take it apart.
the account has to stay in one piece, stuff must not get transferred out

neither would they allowed to transfer like 20k uu's from their own account (if whoever bought your account had something to send) onto yours and then ditching their own.
