the security code

there is something wrong with it im typing the correct code in and its still telling Please enter the correct security code.. all my details are correct

ya im having the same problem. i got on a few times early today on my phone but when i got home i couldnt get on with the computer or my phone.

I've been on protection, I *do not* want to lose everything just because I couldn't bank before I go to sleep and someone attacks me.

but sumtimes i have that prob wheni login on my iphone. Try clearing any temp data, then reloading the page.

I think the problem is that you type an old code since the picture might have been cached in the browser.

When you have that problem try reloading the page by pressing F5.
A new code should appear.

Please tell us if you still encounter the problem even though you reload the page.


On Opera you can change the settings by going on
Tools => Preferences => Advanced => History => Check pictures

Change it to always or to every 10 minutes and everything should be fine.
Similiar approach should be made with other browsers.

would that really be the case if we can't get it to load time after time of the page loading?

retro22: no, that's not the case. The code was broken at the time.

Mine's been set to always check pictures and it changed each time and I still had problems that day.

hmm i have put the correct code in 15 times in a row now, no luck so far..

40 times now, will try agian in an hour or so .. i'm soo losing my kuwal :'(

What kind of browser did you use?

Did you click F5 to reload the page including its pictures?

Did you check the settings to reload pictures often?

i used google chrome, it worked now though with same browser.
next time it occurs, will use FF or IE to check for difference.
dont know much about the setting on chrome

Try to use Opera. It almost always works. Maybe once a month it doesnt work at once, so I reload the page with F5 and then it works again.

i really never get a problem with this, so i really dont think the issue is server side.
