Negative units in training?

I've had this for a couple a days now but it has not gone away.
Units in training (20 income per turn) -509
Farmers (50 income per turn) 198,402 (741)
The numbers change as I go to train and as far as I can tell they are all still training fine. But after they all train up I always end up with negative units in training and farmers to be trained in que.
