I do have another question.. When kuwal is put into the bank because of the delay in the turn like above, is 2% removed from other races that aren't Hualu? Or is it assumed they'd not have banked that and used it? (Legit question because of the bug)

yes I didn't want to, so i'm not just adding it to autorepair itself but also putting in a fail safe. The fix will work at most one single time until I manually reactivate the fail safe.

So if there's a problem caused by the server rebooting or something, like here. It will autorepair and I will most likely login before it happens again so i can reactivate the fail safe.
If there's an actual code problem, it will still fix itself only once but then remain screwed cos it would affect every turn change, not just a single one. Meaning time will go into negative, etc. knowing there is some real problem
