Bank losing money.

My bank keeps on spitting money out into the open. I fill it up and then I come back a little later and it has from 10-20million less in it. I think it just gets put out in the open as opposed to loosing it though.

Any other info you need just ask.

Training UU from "untrained" to a non income unit decreases your bank size.

No I am not Untraining Units from Income producing ones (I am actually training more) and I'm not at 100% capacity but the nearest mulitple of 10million. Also after it spits it out it still has space left for me to fill up again (Capacity doesn't change)
