I couldn't say, I've never liked being an alliance leader.

i h8 being the man, cos then i dnt hav sum1 2 stick it 2 the man - which i always do.

for an alliance u need structure, activity, productive growth and most imporantly a good community. you cant expect random people to just join you from other lliances, as there are certian allegiences that are formed, thus you must offer somethign more that the other alliance cannot.

from the look of your posts you seem like a new player to these games, or atleast inexperienced, thus i would suggest that insead of forming your own alliance, you join an existing one, i think world republic has a good introduction base.

no you didn't... your message was rude... it's not nice to be sarcastic with someone new to the game, he might not get your point... (in reference to the stick it to the man quote and sending him to WR which already has over 60+ members)

And besides there needs to be more than 2 alliances if you want the game to evolve. This isn't a cold war to choose either A or B.

Also, how do you know that he is not capable of being a good leader? He can and should recruit as many new players for his own team.... then later on search for new allies... then if he has success to make his own empire.

my message was not rude, i wasnt being sarcastic, i used 2 talk 2 kenzu alot and he expressed wr's interest in being open 2 new players to teach them the game. - i apologise if you are not a novice

and also alliances made up of friendships formed in alliances/the game forum, i feel are the ones that survive the longest and have the greatest sucess rate in terms of activity and growth. the mojority of the acive players that are needed to make an alliance survive are already allegied to an existing alliance, thus have little reason to join up in a new alliance.

hey man no disrespect i stared up my empire by getting friend to join in the game and made them my second in command then i got a few people from anther game to join i now have 6members including me

it is hard to find new members but dont give up cause you cant get any just yet sme1 will come along and get them to recruit too my 2ic is recruiting players from other games if they like AW then we ask the to apply and help them the best we can

I had a look in the list of alliances I didnt see anything.

Your alliance must be hidden.
If you are recruiting for a new alliance it is a good idea to keep it official in the beginning and once you have enough members go hidden.
